An impressive 20 Ramblers turned up on today’s walk led by Paul which started in Everdon . Despite the muddy conditions all of us survived and more importantly had fun !
The walk went via Fawsley and Preston Capes finishing just short of 10 miles in total
Thank you to Paul for leading us all on a great walk

12 adventurous (or perhaps crazy) souls set off on today's 14+ mile walk from Watford.
We made such a brilliant team, helping each other to negotiate the flooded fields, fast-flowing streams, slippery stiles and copious amounts of mud.
A day that will live long in the memory, with lots of laughter, chatter and plenty of fun had.
Thank you for leading us, Chris. 🙏
For this week's 'Fabulous Friday Walk,' 12 of us headed to North Northamptonshire.
The beautiful, undulating 11+ mile route took us from the village of Ashley through to Weston by Welland, Brampton Ash and Stoke Albany.
Our lunch stop was at the, highly recommended, 'Milking Parlour,' Wilbarston where we were made to feel very welcome.
The day started out murky, but finished with blue skies and sunshine so that we could fully appreciate the stunning views!
Thank you, Ann for introducing us to such a beautiful area for walking. ![]()
An intrepid group of 12 of us set off on today's 14+ mile hilly adventure from Bugbrooke.
The 'bracing' conditions were very much enjoyed, helping to blow any cobwebs away..! Inspite of the rain, we still had some super views.
Our lunch stop today was at the (highly recommended) 'Granny's Kitchen' in Weedon.
A great day's walking- thank you Paul! Your carefully planned route was very much appreciated, helping us to avoid the worst of the mud. 😊
A selection of photos from today's 13 mile 'Scaldwell Circular.'
We started out on a chilly, misty morning but the sun soon shone through (during the afternoon) to reveal beautiful views.
Our route took us on part of the shoreline path round Pitsford Reservoir and included visits to Holcot (with our lunch stop at the lovely 'White Swan'), Walgrave and Old.
In spite of the recent heavy rain, we just had a few puddles and one partially flooded field to negotiate.
A great day to be out! Thank you Clive for leading us. 😊
Hats donned, we were treated to gorgeous sunshine and blue skies on today's 'festive-themed' Friday walk. 🎄🎅 🌞
Thank you Jenny for leading us on the 13+ mile picturesque route from Rothersthorpe, which included a lunch stop at the Eykyn Arms in Gayton.
This walk was full of variety, with lots to enjoy along the way- far-reaching views, deer, goats and a couple of super-cute Shetland ponies.
It was the perfect final Friday walk before the festivities begin.
